Booking and Pricing
How do I book a party?
E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 604-832-6167.
How far in advance do I have to book?
We book on a first come, first serve basis and cannot guarantee availability. For peak periods (summer) we encourage you to book as far in advance as possible.
If the date I want is booked, do you have a waiting list?
What if I need to cancel?
We require 30 days or more of notice of event cancellation for your deposit to be returned.
How much is it if I have less then 50 people?
We charge for minimum of 60 people so the price for 30 people is the same as 60.
What is your minimum number of people?
We have no minimum number, but the charge for 60 people will apply.
What is your maximum party number?
We currently have two trucks and can serve up to 250 guests.
When do you need to know our final count?
One week prior to your party.
Do I have to pay full price for children?
12 and older
Can you come earlier in the day?
This is entirely dependent on the circumstances. Please call our office well in advance to arrange.
Do you do parties outside of the Lower Mainland?
No. Currently we only serve events throughout Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.
What happens if it rains?
We have an awning that extends over our work area to protect the area in front of the oven, but we do not have protection against the wind or covers for the serving table(s).
Can you bring pizzas inside?
Yes, we can bring pizzas into the house, a tent, lanai or other covered area.
With the full Pig Roast we of course set up the buffet inside or outside as you require.
Can you pull up to my garage?
We can pull up close to a building or garage, but we cannot pull inside a building because of our chimney.
Parking and Set up
Can you park in the backyard?
If the ground is level and firm enough, yes. However, please be aware of the the weight of the truck is 14, 000 lbs, if you have septic systems or in ground sprinkler systems, we are not responsible for damage.
Can you park on the street in front of my house?
We can park in the street, as long as the road is reasonably level and there is room for our prep tables.
What are the truck dimensions?
Our truck is about 8 feet wide. and 17 feet long the height with the chimney is 14 feet high.
Do you do gluten free pizzas?
Yes, if the host provides them we will cook them on a seperate pan however we can not quarantee cross contamination
Do you take requests for pizzas?
Yes, however we PLEASE ask you make the request after a party’s initial rush has been taken care of.
Are the Truck antique?
The pizza truck is a 1959 Chevrolet Viking..pretty much original. The second truck is a 1946 GMC and pulls a converted Livestock trailer housing a second wood fired pizza oven and pig roaster.
